We usually have Costco roasted chicken breast left. Use it to make other dishes
材料 Ingredients:
好市多烤雞雞胸肉約1/2胸 Costco Roasted Chicken Breast, about 1/2 of one breast meat
青江菜2顆 Bok Choy 2
白飯3碗 Cooked Rice 3 bowls
柴魚粉適量 Fish Broth Powder to taste
鹽適量 Salt to taste
作法
1. 拿一些烤雞雞胸肉,切小塊. 青江菜洗淨也切小
Take the roasted chicken breast, dice them into small pieces. Wash clean the bok choy and dice into small pieces as well
2. 熱鍋加一點油, 先炒青江菜
Heat up a pan with oil, stir fry the Bok Choy
3. 加入白飯撥開
Add the rice and stir
4. 加入雞胸炒過
Add chicken meat and mix well
5. 加入約1/4杯水
Pour in about 1/4 cup water
6. 加入柴魚粉跟鹽
Season with fish broth powder and salt
7. 攪拌均勻就可以了
Mix well and serve
