Independent material storage device for better material tension controlling, match with Panasonic photocell for induction. Double Servo motor controlling, Two sets EPC controlling systems.
Full automatic finish roll changing system, PLC and touch screen controlled by 4 sets AC motors and Inverters controlling. the round turnover system controlled by stepping motors*2 sets.
The power supply is 380V, 3Phases, 50HZ in standard. the voltage also can be customized according to customer's requirement. the total installation power is18KW.
