We applaud Phil Scott for Vermont's veto of the state’s recreational marijuana legalization bill!

Scott wants smarter pot legislation with stronger protections for minors from the potentially harmful drug and roadside tests to stop THC-impaired driving.

A slow and cautious approach is best. We’re just now measuring the impact of legalization in other states – don’t rush into a marijuana market without knowing the consequences!
