The judge is considering allowing Diddy to leave the notorious Metropolitan Detention Center for a three-bedroom apartment on New York’s Upper East Side. He would be monitored there 24/7 by a security team housed in the building. The government has argued that Diddy has tried to kill his own personal staff and has tried to influence a potential jury pool via a social media video of his kids calling him in jail on his birthday.
