Injipuli | ഇഞ്ചി പുളി
Injipuli, also known as puli inji is one among the popular dishes in kerala sadya. This is made of ginger, chilli, tamarind and jagerry -which gives it a dark colour and sweet, sour and spicy taste. Injipuli always taste better after few days. Try out this recipe few days prior to onam and cherish this perfect "injipuli"

Ingredients
Tamarind lemon sized(75 g)
Coconut oil 4 tbsp
Mustard 1/4 tsp
Dry chili 2
Curry leaves few
Ginger 100 g(3/4 c)
Green chili 7-8 (40 g)
Water 2 1/2 C
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Chili powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 3 tsp
Jaggery 10 tbsp (100 g)
Asafoetida powder 1/4 tsp
