MEET INGRID KERN: Born in Vienna during WWII in 1943, her journey takes us from becoming an international model in her 20s, to a competitive runner in her 60s, and skydiver at 81 - this is a story about realizing your power has no expiration date.
When I moved to LA three years ago, my building manager warned me about my "crazy neighbor." That neighbor turned out to be one of my greatest teachers on aging, self-worth, and fearless living. In this raw and inspiring conversation, Ingrid shares her journey of healing from childhood trauma, breaking free from toxic relationships, and discovering her true power in her later years.
Whether you're 25 or 85, this conversation will change how you think about aging, adventure, and what's possible at ANY age.
