A news conference was held at the Greene County (Tenn.) Fairgrounds the morning after an Aug. 8, 2016, accident that injured three girls. Commenting during the conference were Bobby Holt, president of the Greene County Fair Board, and Tim Davis, detective captain of the Greeneville Police Department.
