This is a 45 minute total body vinyasa flow yoga class. Class begins gently with a hip opening series, before progressing to our standing sequences. Each sequence is repeated twice. First moving slow, then second round, one movement, one breath. You'll work on toning your arms, abs and legs building some heat and strength. Cool down with reclined cow face & hip groin postures before resting in shavasana. Enjoy Yogis!
