This summer I joined nine other kayak anglers for a week of epic offshore kayak fishing off the Pacific coast of Panama. We all knocked out a few bucket list species, including yellowfin tuna, roosterfish and wahoo.

Los Buzos Resort in Cambutal, Panama offers kayak anglers a chance to target bucket list species off the Pacific coast. Target species include wahoo, yellowfin tuna, roosterfish, cubera snapper, pacific sailfish and there's always the possibility of a marlin hitting someone's lure.

Los Buzos offers a variety of services and activities. The resort hosts large kayak fishing trips of 6-10 anglers as well as horseback tours through the rainforest, surf/SUP tours, river float trips, waterfall hikes, and many other daily activities and adventures. They also offer guided fishing trips on their fleet of pangas (motorized fiberglass boats) for anglers not comfortable fishing from a kayak.
