This documentary speaks with people from Indigenous tribes across the United States about the importance and the history of the wacipi - or, in English, pow wow. While the documentary moves through the stages of a pow wow, it talks about the history of Native American tribes, the injustice and terror they and their ancestors faced at the hands of the Minnesotan and US Government, and the joy each person feels in honoring their culture and participating in the pow wow.
