The SVR held its Autumn Steam Gala from the 20th - 22nd September with a total of 4 visitors and up to 7 of their home fleet all operating a variety of services on all three days.
Visitor locomotives were:
GWR Hall 4936 Kinlet Hall
LMS Coronation Class 46233 Duchess of Sutherland (was out of action Friday morning and Sunday, duties were taken over by other locomotives)
SR Schools Class 925 Cheltenham
Metropolitian Railway E Class No. 1 & Carriage no. 353
The Talyllyn Railway's No. 3 Sir Haydn was also there, it often appeared in the freight trains.
