IN THIS VIDEO: NAV Canada cleared out of Toronto 10 mins later, so RWY 23 opened up. Unfortunately the Inaugural WestJet Encore flight had just been Directed to RWY 24R by Tower Arrival so we couldn't do anything unfortunately. Toronto Planespotting caught him there. But we were able to catch the first landing, a heavy, coming from the North, Cathay Pacific with the Boeing 777-300ER, Enjoy!!
