This 10-minute guided experience aims to train you to relax into fear, whether it's an "everyday" fear or one that feels heavier.
Most people don’t really feel their fear. Instead, they mostly experience their rejection or their denial of it, their effort to overcome it.
To do this, we reduce our breathing and invest a lot of energy and tension in our muscles. And the outcome is that we get very stressed, exhausted and our minds get restless and noisy.
When you shift your attention to your body and allow your fear to be real and physical, you give a chance to your body to relax when it experiences fear. In this state it can recuperate, get stronger, and fear no longer gets stuck in you.
