Chasing the local greylag geese around some more. It's probably my favourite form of wildfowling even though the returns are sparse. The challenge of trying to outwit and get under a quarry that doesn't seem to do the same thing and use the same flight line two days on the trot. They are very wily - no wonder as some of them will be as old as I am!
I want to make goose pastrami for my salads and goose jerky to chew on in the duck blind.
