Finalized the Wire Harness and installed the battery. Timed the carburetor to the Governor and made sure that the linkage was free moving. Pan Seat install, fitted Plug wires and Timed Magneto to engine. The Timing is a little tricky and I am aiming for an easy starting tractor. Will see how it goes at start up and Should have a little extra room to adjust Magneto on the advance and retard side of adjustment. Lots of times it seems that even after setting the mag to TDC the mag still needs a lot of advancing of the cap. I hope by setting just past the TDC I will gain a little. Will have to wait and see.
