INGREDIENTS FOR MOMO KO JHOL ACHAR
*Medium chopped Tomato -3
*Chopped Garlic -5 cloves
*Chopped Ginger - 1 tb spoon
*Fresh Green chilies -4
*Lapsi ko Dhulo soaked in 1cupwater-50gm
*Corriender - Half bunch
*White Sesame seeds -100 gm
*Soyabean Seed/ Seto Bhatmas: 100 gm
Spices to add in Tomato while cooking
*Salt - 1 tb spoon /According to your taste
*Turmeric- 1 tb spoon
*Red chilli Powder -2 tb spoon
*Cumin Powder- 1 tb spoon
*Corriender Powder -1 tb spoon
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
*Fry Soyabean Seed in small heat for 5 mins until its brown, time time ma chalairakhnuparcha so that it doesn't get burnt on one side..
*Fry Seasame Seed in slow heat for 2 to 3 mins..be careful as it gets brown very fast.dont forget to toss time to time.
*Lapsi ko Dhulo One cup pani ma soak garney for 30 mins.
