This workout will help you increase your metabolism by combining cardio (walking) and weighted exercises. For this workout, I used a set of 2lb weights. Resistance training via weights or resistance bands helps the body build lean muscle and drop body fat.
It is important to also consider your diet of course. You either have a diet that fuels your goals, or takes you away from your goals...think about what you’re doing right now when it comes to food and honestly look to see where you can make smarter choices and really increase the efforts you put in here.
This can be something like:
- drinking at least a full glass of water as soon as you wake up (get a kick start on your water intake early on, so you’re ahead of the game
-bringing a water bottle with you everywhere you go
-having a full serving of greens/fiber at every meal
-making an effort to have more wholesome sources of lean protein
-sitting down for meals without your phone and being mindful of what you’re eating
These things can MAKE or break how you feel. So choose one or two things to work on and we will take it one step at a time
