Drivers, cyclists and pedestrians can be stopped in their tracks when something goes wrong or when a police officer writes a moving violation. Those tickets in New York City are processed by the Traffic Violations Bureau. The cases have been heard online but as other courts have reopened, Attorney Steve Stites says the virtual hearings at the traffic violations bureau are becoming the norm.
