We took the opportunity to ride the Leyland tracks while our Scot was being steamed up ready for it's test run.
The ground level track is over a kilometer so it was an ideal track to get it run in.
As you can see it's not only the Standard gauge railways that suffer with leaves on the line.This track has a very long climb so this caused the loco's a few problems,but they made up for it coming down.
