BJP MP Bansuri Swaraj on Friday took a pot shot at the AAP as the Delhi High Court on Friday granted interim stay on the trial court's order giving bail to Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in the money laundering case linked to the alleged excise scam.
She said, "Delhi CM's campaign was 'jail ka jawab vote se' but the people of Delhi are very smart and voted for BJP. They know about the involvement of the CM in the liquor scam."
She added, "Delhi CM requested that the Delhi High Court should look into the evidence in a detailed manner and decide whether his arrest was legal or not. The High Court found that his arrest was legal as he was involved in taking kickbacks of crores of rupees in a liquor scam."
