We are introduced to Subu, a con artist who calls individuals pretending to be famous people before robbing them. In the meantime, a deranged criminal by the name of Bandora writes the CID a letter threatening to detonate a bomb in the city every four hours unless he receives five crore rupees.It is discovered that Bandora passed away from a heart attack not long after sending the letter threatening to blow up CID. Now that Bandora cannot order his men to disarm the bombs, they will detonate even if they do pay the five crores.
