Have you tried lentil bread rolls?
Recipe
1/2 cup red lentils (soak overnight in water)
100 ml water
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp coriander powder
2 tbsp olive oil
Blend the first ingredients in the blender until smooth
3 tbsp psyllium powder
1. Preheat oven to 355 F.
2. In the blender process, the first 6 ingredients until smooth.
3. Pour into a bowl and add 3 tbsp psyllium powder. Mix well until it thickens. Let it sit on the counter for 10 min to thicken more.
4. Wet your hands with water or a little oil to prevent the dough from sticking. Grab a big spoon of batter and roll in your hands. I like to make 6 small rolls, but you can do 4 bigger once as well.
5. Lined parchment paper on baking try.
6. Place the rolls, and sprinkle with everything bagel seeds.
7. Bake at 355 F for 25 minutes until golden. Remove the buns and let them cool for 15 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
