At 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible - Applicant seeks Site Development Plan approval for
the construction of a 47,073 S.F. two-story office building, a 15,187 S.F. one-story accessory maintenance building, the reconstruction of an existing 14,527 S.F. warehouse for accessory storage
and exercise use and the addition of an accessory park and meditation areas along with all associated improvements including 247 parking spaces and four (4) loading spaces. This proposed project is
for use by members of the religious order and religious volunteers. The parcels for this proposal are located in the PI (Planned Industry) Zoning District and are identified as Tax Map Parcel No.: 5955-
02-798930 consisting of 52.20 ± acres located at 5 Chelsea Industrial Park and Tax Map Parcel No.:

Applicant seeks Site Development Plan Approval and Subdivision Approval for the redevelopment
of the existing Dutchess Mall property to construct a 350,166 S.F. warehouse building with
associated off-street parking, loading docks and trailer spaces. The Applicant seeks to subdivide the
39.3-acre parcel into two (2) lots. Proposed Lot A is for the proposed warehouse and shall consist of
29.8 acres and Proposed Lot B is for a future development and shall consist of 10.4 aces. The parcel
for this proposal is identified as Tax Map Parcel No.: 6255-00-060339, is located at 415-453 US
Route 9 in the PSC (Planned Shopping Center) Zoning District. Refer applications to the Town
Engineer, Town Planning Board Attorney, Town Traffic Consultant, Dutchess County Department
of Planning & Development (Site Development Plan only), New York State Department of
Transportation and the Rombout Fire District. The Board will allow informal comments from the
public after the discussion of the acceptance of this application.
Fishkill Self-Storage Facility - Site Development Plan & Special Use Permit
This is a continuation of the New Submittal that was discussed by the Planning Board at their May
12, 2022. Applicant seeks Site Development Plan Approval and Special Use Permit Approval for
the construction of a two-story 51,500 S.F. self-storage facility along with associated access,
parking, landscaping, lighting and signage. (POSTPONED)
