The risk of the virus spreading in Los Angeles County is deemed to be low at this time and there is no immediate threat the public. The LADPH is working closely with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) and other local health departments to monitor the novel coronavirus 2019.
