I'd been to visit the beautiful town of Štramberk in the Moravian-Silesian region of Czechia, and this trip covers the short hop from Štramberk back to Studénka riding a refurbished trailer, being pulled along by a recently refurbished Class 811 diesel railcar.
These railcars have just four wheels, rather than bogies. In the UK, our similar vehicles, the Pacers, were known for bouncy ride quality and a generally unsatisfactory experience. would it be the same in the Czech Republic?
