Junior doctors in England have gone on strike for the second time over pay and conditions. We hear from a junior doctor who says the new contract proposals are "not safe for patients" and from Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt says the deal the government is offering junior doctors, who are striking over pay and conditions, is fair.
