"Internet Time": From smartphone
"Wristwatch Time": From FC-810MC3S6
"Difference": The difference of internet and wristwatch time
"Period": The difference of consecutive internet time measures
"Period Gain/Loss": The difference of consecutive time differences. This will show how much the movement has deviated during the period. Positive numbers (more than zero) means that this movement is running fast
"Comments": Notes about the condition of the timepiece during the period
In order to compare internet time with wristwatch time, I would take a photo of the watch next to a smartphone with a clock app on the screen. Then I would examine this photo while logging the respective times.
