The Binding of Isaac: Antibirth is a fan/community made mod made for Rebirth, it was primarily developed by Kilburn, NotYourSagittarius, and LeatherIceCream, with music by Mudeth. It adds a metric butt tonne of content to the game, including various items & trinkets (The Altar, Eye of the Occult, Oculus Rift, Lodestone, Mucormycosis, Meat Cleaver, Mega Mush, Devil's Crown etc.), multiple floors (Downpour, Mines, Mausoleum, Corpse) and several Bosses (Baby Plum, Rainmaker, Tuff Twins, Heretic, The Witness). It even adds a handful of new mechanics and puzzles into the game...all in all, it's pretty dope bro.
