We are back on the CX500 build with videos coming at you in high supply! I missed a big problem with the fork triples on this bike and am now getting it sorted out. A previous owner had changed the stem in the triple causing a mix-match of of parts that caused alignment and fitment issues on the bike. Don't be like me and be sure to confirm what you have before working on your project.

Fork specs:
2003-2004 GSXR1000 Fork legs 54mm

2005-2006 GSXR1000 Stem/Lower Triple - 28mm top bearing diameter - 54mm legs, 30mm offset

Front wheel is from Cognito and is an 05/06 GSXR1000 Based hub but fits the 03/04 Axle and spacing. I have to use 2mm caliper spacers to fit the 05/06 310mm rotors as the 03/04 bikes had 300mm rotors.
