This is my walkthrough for P1S I it helped you all in you pugging ways. Below is a written script or notes I took while learning the fight myself.

heavy hand - single tank buster no swap needed.

ather chains - chain mechanic
Red chain go out, purple chain stay in. Adjust accordingly with melee trying to stay in. So range adjust

Gaoler's Flail - pay attention to order in which he lays them
Ball - AoE max melee
hoop - donut
scycle - cone free space

pitiless flail of X - tank buster. If you tank swap on cast the flair/group stack will go onto the new main tank. The first part of the tank buster will also do a push back that cannot be immuned.
Purgatory - flair
grace - group stack

gaoler's flail

Temperance -
go to clock square
Once intemperate torment casts see if top of bottom exploded.
Go north or south based on what element you need next. If you need none go middle.
warder's wrath - roomwide aoe
wait for cube to explode then go to clock spot again.
If south is NOT triple ice they will swap with north west

warder's wrath

pitiless flail of X

shining cells
aetherflail - same as gaoler's but will be left or right and in or out combo ontop of fire or light
pitiless flail of X

shackles of time - a debuff. Whom ever hands it when it goes off the element they are on will activate. Easy solve is party red debuff white
heavy hand
slam shut - heavy room wide and return to normal

fourfold shackles same as athereal chains but will happen 4 times. Just stay where you are once you get in your position and it will resolve itself

warder's wrath

intemperance - same thing but inbetween second and third cube explode will be gaoler's flail

shackles of time
pitiless flail of X
shackles will resolve at the same time as grace/purgatory
warder's wrath
aetherial shackles - just pay attention to which element
