Recipe:
4 1/2 Cups of Tapioca Starch
1 Cup of Rice Flour
3 Can of Coconut Milk or Cream
1 Tsp of Salt
3 Cup of Sugar
4-6 Drops of of Food Coloring of Choice
Instructions 📝
1. In a Mixing Bowl, Combine your Tapioca Starch, and Rice Flour.
- Add in Salt, and Sugar
- Slowly pour in your Coconut Milk (as shown in Video).
- Mix in and Combine Well
2. Divide Batter into thirds in a Mixing Bowl.
- Add in Food Coloring of Choice.
3. Pour your desired amount of Batter on to a Baking Pan or Heat Resistant Glass Baking Cooking Dish (or cartoon mold).
- Depending on the size of your Bowl or Pan. The amount of each Layer will have to be determined by you.
4. Steam Cook for 5-10 Mins per each Layer (as show in video).
5. Once Complete. Remove from Steamer Pot and let it rest for 20-30 Mins.
6. Carefully remove Layered Cake Dessert from Glass Baking Dish or Pan.
7. Cut into your desired size. Enjoy 😋🙌🏻. If using a Mold. Just post them out once they have cooled down.
