According to the St. Louis County Department of Revenue, you must be 62 or older as of Dec. 31, 2024. You must be the property owner or have legal or equitable interest of a residential property, as of 12-31-24. The home you’re applying for the tax credit on must be your primary residence and you can only claim a senior property tax credit on one home.
