This Chinese recipe of Chicken Lo Mein is full of flavor, healthy and so easy to put together. I can guarantee you will be coming back for more !
Ingredients
1 1b Chow Mein or Fresh Egg Noodles
1 1b Chicken Breast
1/3 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 tsp black pepper
1/2 tbsp Chinese cooking wine
2 gloves mince garlic (for chicken)
1/2 tsp mince ginger (for chicken )
1 large Carrot (Julienne)
1/2 Bell Pepper (each) (Red & Green)
4 oz Snow Peas
6 oz broccoli
6 oz bok choy or pak Choi
1/2 Red Onion
1 tsp mince garlic and ginger (for Saute)
1 tbsp cooking oil
Delicious Lo Mein Sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp corn starch
1/2 cup water
