Ingredients for Punjabi Chicken Gravy Recipe:
1 kg - Chicken, curry cut with bones
Marinate with:
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Salt
1 cup Whisked curd/yogurt
For paste, to be fried & blended:
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
5-6 Green cardamom
1 Black cardamom
1/2 inch piece Cinnamon
1” piece chopped Ginger chopped
5-6 Garlic cloves
1 Onion sliced medium
Tomato purée- 1 cup or purée of 2 fresh tomatoes medium size
1 tsp Red Chilli powder
1 tsp kashmiri red chili powder
1 tbsp Coriander powder
1/4 Cumin powder
1/2 Garam masala powder

1/4 Amchur powder (Dry Mango Powder)
