Priyanka Gandhi, a first-time MP from Wayanad, may be nominated by Congress to the panel. Manish Tiwari and Dharmendra Yadav are also likely to join. The JPC will assess the feasibility and constitutional implications of simultaneous elections for state and central governments in India.
