Disclaimer: I am NOT a drummer - just a percussive-minded guitar and bass player.

I got a chance to tinker with the Roland SPD-SX Pro sampling drum pad, so this is just a demo of that test. Absolutely nothing fancy.

In the video I go through most of the onboard kit sounds and loops while tinkering around with the delay effect. There are tons of other effects and functionality to explore. I did some basic EQ and volume adjustment between pads . The menu isn't particularly easy to find your way around (at least not for me), but after awhile I sort of got the hang of it.

Different sounds can be programmed to different pads and you can create a setlist. Really cool pad that can be used for basic sound effects or to enhance a drum kit.
