There are some fantastic soap swirling techniques but today I am sharing my fun making the Teardrop Soap Swirl technique using cold process soap.
One of the beautiful things about making cold process soap is adding a soap swirl design and there are some truly stunning options to choose from. I followed the teardrop swirl for the main body of the soap and then finished with a pretty swirl on top. So was this a teardrop or a tear flop? Let me know what you think in the comments.
I used a simple recipe with olive, coconut and palm oil and I used deep sea blue mica for the dark blue, Bali mica for the teal colour, Spearmint and of course white. All my micas were from Happy Olive.
I have never tried the teardrop soap swirl design before so I started by watching the tutorial by Holly from Kapia Mera on YouTube. I have linked her fab video at the end of my video so you can enjoy it too!

It was certainly not an easy design to create but if you are looking for fun, I would highly recommend it!
Do let me know if you have tried this design out or my video inspires you to have a go yourself :)
