Ingredients
1 cup All-purpose flour (maida)
2 tbsp Semolina (optional for extra crunch)
1/2 cup Ghee or butter
1/2 cup Powdered sugar
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp cinnamon powder
Sliced almonds or pistachios (for garnish)
Instructions
Cream Ghee & Sugar: In one bowl, cream together ghee and powdered sugar until smooth and fluffy.
Mix Dry Ingredients: Add all-purpose flour, Semolina, baking soda and baking powder and cinnamon powder.
Combine & Knead: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the ghee mixture and knead into a soft dough. Cover and rest for 30 mins.
Shape the Cookies: Divide the dough into small balls, flatten slightly, and place on a airfryer tray.
Add Toppings: Press sliced almonds or pistachios on top for garnish.
Bake: Bake for 8-10 minutes at 180 degree celcius.
