Bollywood star Salman Khan captured young children's hearts as he danced to his film songs and shared his views on eco-friendly Ganesha at Amruta Fadnavis' Bacche Bole Morya event at the Dome stadium in Worli.
The initiative focused on educating children about the importance of using biodegradable materials to prevent environmental harm caused by non-biodegradable idols.
The actor, who enjoys celebrating Ganesh festival, shared his views on the celebration, saying how 'It is time we understand how cleanliness is most important during the 10- day Ganesh festival.’
The superstar shared how he gets an eco-friendly Ganesha at home and asked the ‘children to educate the adults’ on promoting eco-friendly Ganesha during the 10-day festival.
He further shared his sorrow in seeing different parts of the statues lying on the beach and added how performing visarjan at home will help in less crowds on the road and help the ambulances or people in need to reach their destination faster.
