Multi Agency Risk Assessment Conference (MARAC conference)
1. What is the level of risk to the individual (victim and/or children)?
2. What are the key facts about the case (e.g., history of abuse, current situation)?
3. What is the immediate safety plan for the victim and any children involved?
4. Are there any ongoing risks or threats to the individual or family?
5. What support services are currently in place for the victim and are they adequate?
6. What actions can each agency (police, health, child protection, etc.) take to ensure safety?
7. Are there any further interventions or referrals required (e.g., housing, legal support)?
8. What are the next steps for monitoring the situation and follow-up support?
The goal of these questions is to create a coordinated safety plan for the victim while minimizing further risks and harm.
