Today on our 2017 Ford F-250 Super Duty, we're going to be doing a test fit on the Titan Chain Snow Tire Chains. Part number TC2828CAM and that's tire size 275-65-R18. These Titan chains feature V-bar studs which are going to help bite down into that snow and ice. Now it also features a ladder pattern design. This is going to help us for accelerating and braking. The cam tighteners make an easy installation.

They allow you to adjust the fit to your tire so it's snug while you're on the road. They have a maximum speed of 30 miles per hour and they come in a quantity of two. Now we'll go ahead show you how easy they are to install. To begin our test fit, we're going be putting tire chains on the rear tires of our F-250 because it is rear wheel drive. I've gone ahead and laid out the chain. It's a good idea to make sure there's no kinks, twists, or any tangles in it.

We want to make sure that our V-bars are pointing up away from our tire. We'll also want to be sure that our cams are open and that they're on the outside of our tire. Now let's go ahead and drape it over. Just going to grab here at the center, lay it on top. I want to be sure that it's even on both sides, so I'm going to grab here in front, feel around to the back, and make sure it's about the same.

Then I'll finish draping it around. We're going to hook up the back side first. Here on the back side, what we want to do is take our links here and our hook here and connect them together. Now, we don't want to connect too many together because then we won't be able to connect the front side evenly. I'm going to go ahead and start off by connecting to the third link. Now let's do the front.

Here in the front, we've got a lever that's going to help us connect it and lock it in place. What we want to do is connect as many links as we can. It looks like it's going to be the second link. What we want to do is we'll slip it over our hook and we're going to make sure to bring it all the way down like that. We're going to bring the hook around backwards and then connect it into the keeper here. With the chains connected we can go ahead and take our included tool and lock in our cams. It's just going to fit in like so and we'll turn it until it locks into place. Now, not all cams are needed. You just want to be sure that the tire chains are nice and tight. There we go. Now, as you can see, they're pretty tight. We can go ahead and repeat the same process for the other side. That's going to complete our test fit on the Titan Chain Snow Tire Chains, part number TC2828CAM, on our 2017 Ford F-250 Super Duty.
