Pembelajaran di sejumlah SMA dan SMK di Kupang kini dimulai pukul 05.30 WIB. Jadwal baru ini pun sudah diterapkan di Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan NTT.
Selain itu, ratusan aparatur sipil negara di lingkungan Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan NTT juga menggelar senam pagi dan menampilkan tarian jai di bawah pimpinan Ketua Linus Susi di halaman kantor sebelum bekerja.
