Inis Oirr is the smallest of the Aran Islands, and during a trip to Ireland's rugged west coast, and Doolin in particular, a trip to one of the Aran Islands seemed like a good idea.

Inis Oirr is a strange and surreal place, and nowhere like I have ever been to before - but this is in a good way. You really do have to go to Inis Oirr and experience it for yourself but this slide show should give you a bit of a taster.
