The script and the line to follow, ordered by the superiority of the General Staff of Venezuela, is the discredit, denial and concealment, being clearly established, the revelation of a pattern, as is "also" the case of Oscar Pérez, who over the years managed to obtain the rank of Police Inspector of the CICPC. He graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminology, and began working in the police institution in 2000, for 15 years as a police officer in different divisions. But, even so, the brazenness and incredible deception of making the national and international community believe that he was not a policeman, he was just a helicopter pilot and a movie actor.
DOUGLAS RICO GONZALEZ, DIRECTOR OF THE CICPC POLICE: said
"Oscar Perez never worked in this police force"
He also said Perez is just "an actor."
Accusing him of crimes he never committed, such as being a terrorist.
Likewise, the distinguished Inspector of the CICPC Luis Guillermo Parra Navas, who served in the anti-homicide division and in other divisions of the same organization for almost 16 years and who is also the son of a founding Commissioner in 1958 of that same institution, now deceased, the renowned Commissioner Parra Rodríguez. This humble but selfless Inspector was also accused of having police records and of not having belonged to the aforementioned police institution.
The international community "must understand" that this is the way to sow terror in all those who disagree with the state and refuse to become accomplices to its crimes.
CICPC Inspector Guillermo Parra states:
They make public statements denying our work within the state security agencies, fabricate crimes we never committed, discredit us and slander us.
