- 3kg pork belly slabs
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- ground black pepper, to taste
- garlic powder, to taste
- 1 medium size onion, chopped
- 1 to 2 stalk of lemon grass ( tanglad )
- 3 stalks green onion or onion leeks
- kitchen twine
- soy sauce
