But now there's new information, her name is Nilah and her launch skin really is Star Guardian Nilah

For her gameplay, it's still uncertain if she's coming at Patch 12.13 or 12.14

Also, I've researched a little and discovered that Nilah is an Arabic name associated to the "water hyacinth" flower

and Nila is an Indian name that means the "blue" color

For her appearence, it's still uncertain how she's going to look like and there's no info about it
