Requires some serious mage and some decent attack and strength levels to be able to do this also 43 prayer is a must for over head prayers. especially with dh

this is also a great way to make money if you are lucky enough to gather rare loot from the chest at the end of the barrows run!

I made over 12m so far in the game just by doing this!
