Welcome to this healing mindfulness meditation session for drifting off to sleep. Having difficulty falling into a deep sleep is a very common problem for many people. This meditation will help you to drift away by using soothing, calming music, some binaural beats, and relaxing dialogue that fades away at the end. You can live a more free and productive life when you get a good night of rest. Try this for 20 minutes and see if it helps you sleep more deeply than ever before... helping you to feel renewed and rejuvenated each morning!
This session has about 11 minutes of spoken meditation dialogue that fades away, followed by another 9 minutes of ambient music meditation that fades into calming white noise waves after a while. Enjoy this time for yourself and feel the power of a deeper sleep!!
