I am exploring the Black Forest in winter on a solo two day bushcraft adventure. I find a camp site, set up my Polish army canvas Lavvu, collect fire wood and start the fire with flint and steel. The steak and potatoes I bring along are cooked directly on the coals. I spend a frosty night at -7⁰C in a beautiful winter landscape. On the second day I break down camp, explore the wilderness and cook porridge and thick bacon directly on my hobo stove. I carve a spoon from birch and enjoy the sun. I end the tour with a long hike.
