This week we show how to replace the Impeller on a Volvo Penta 5.7 gi-e Marine Engine. These engines are in many different boats, this one happens to be a 2004 Chapparal these instructions will help a wide variety of boat owners as the basics of this job remain fairly consistent regardless of what motor you have.
Below are the links to the common parts we used. Keep in mind this is for a 2004 Chapparal Sunesta with a gasoline 5.7l Volvo Penta GI-E style engine.
